The problem was fixed quickly and I was given a courtesy car while it was being fixed and washed, however the sticky residue on the filler cap and bodywork where the broken filler cap had been secured by BMW Assistance was not cleaned off at all.

Guys were great with their job.Only ac unit blows cold air when on only petrol. I believe it's due to no bleeding after the works. Requested for complimentary cleaning but wasn't done.

Everything was checked for the MOT, and at the special promo price. You have it finished when you say you will and call if anything extra needs doing. You then call to say it's dine and email pass notes. All done with friendly courteous service.

Everything worked according to the plan made with David Winslade . It is helped by David being well organised and a good communicator ! The customer lounge is well appointed and the coffee is ' on tap' . A pleasant whilst waiting for completion .

Recall and oil leak fix was ok However the car wasn't vaccumed at all. All the rear sits were dirty I had no chance coming in due to work commitments This is the 2nd time however all other services are good.

1. The service centre provided a collect & delivery service for my car which was much needed as I recently had surgery and presently can't drive. 2. The person I dealt with (James) kept me well informed about the collection and work completion.

The work carried out was completed to the timeframe agreed and without any fuss whatsoever. The service centre has a great customer lounge to work from when selecting a waiting appointment, which I did this time as it suited my needs.

My car came back dirtier than when I took it in - the courtesy wash looked like it had been done with an old rag and ditchwater, I had to wash it again afterwards as it looked horrid and the courtesy vacuum literally only vacuumed the two front mats.
