The work carried out was completed to the timeframe agreed and without any fuss whatsoever. The service centre has a great customer lounge to work from when selecting a waiting appointment, which I did this time as it suited my needs.

1. The service centre provided a collect & delivery service for my car which was much needed as I recently had surgery and presently can't drive. 2. The person I dealt with (James) kept me well informed about the collection and work completion.

My car came back dirtier than when I took it in - the courtesy wash looked like it had been done with an old rag and ditchwater, I had to wash it again afterwards as it looked horrid and the courtesy vacuum literally only vacuumed the two front mats.

Recall and oil leak fix was ok However the car wasn't vaccumed at all. All the rear sits were dirty I had no chance coming in due to work commitments This is the 2nd time however all other services are good.
