My car came back dirtier than when I took it in - the courtesy wash looked like it had been done with an old rag and ditchwater, I had to wash it again afterwards as it looked horrid and the courtesy vacuum literally only vacuumed the two front mats.

They turned it around very quickly, also helped source sensible priced tyres and even had a Master Engineer come out on a car ride to try hear a mysterious noise? Nothing was too much!

I was towed to the centre so it was an emergency fix (blown out tyre). They took care of me immediately, and had me back on the road with a fresh pair of tyres (and a clean car) inside 2 hours. Great customer service.
