The service provided by the sales team can't be faulted, the quality of the wash and vac however is not great. My car was covered in dirty streaks which I then had to clean off the next day.

Loss of my personal details due to change of ownership. No paperwork on collection of my car and car went offside for the MOT as new owners not registered. I had no knowledge of any of this when booking my car and have used Harwoods for past 10 yrs.

MOT was contracted out without being made fully aware. Yes, I'm aware this is completely legal but when going to a main dealer I expect full transparency. An extra 10 miles was put on my car to deliver my car to the contracted MOT station.

Phoned for a total price then upon later booking, it had increased by £20. Was asked if id like car washed and vacuumed, they said they wouldn't wash a car with ppf. And didn't vaccum it either. Service good so no issues there. Coffee while u wait.

After a puncture we used the tyre repair kit, but it's been slowly leaking since. I thought the kit was temporary. The service team just pumped it up instead of replacing the tyre, and Josh cleaned it himself and told me the car was

I am very satisfied. The only negative is the high expense. Also, I was charged for the removal/change of my brake pads because the screws were "too tight" to remove and they had to get someone to come and remove the screws.

Very helpful team went in due to a broken locking wheel nut key and was advised would be quicker to have all replaced at parts cost only. So popped in next day car was washed vacuumed a missed recall done and bill less than expected
